Chromatin architecture reorganization during stem cell differentiation (2015) Nature

Higher-order chromatin structures have a significant implication on gene regulation. However it is unclear how these structures evolve during cellular differentiation and lineage specification. We generate genome-wide chromatin interaction maps during human embryonic stem cells and differentiated lineages. We demonstrate dynamic reorganization of higher-order chromatin structure and association with lineage specific gene regulation.
